An encouraging writing piece about one's mental health!

The general issue in the society that we live in is we keep thinking, is it okay to not be okay? Do we always have to feel good, even in front of those who make your condition even worse? Here I talk about the condition “Mental Health” where the end of it is the beginning

Having gratitude for health, life and opportunities is essential but amidst all this it’s completely normal to not feel the best. Life is not a picnic. Let’s face it we all will have problems and have feelings of gloominess. Every age group faces the same problems, the root cause may be different but the affect and result is the same. Now that we know that it’s completely okay to have problems in life and it’s definitely not a topic of taboo but a completely normal feeling. What can we do about it ?

“If one day you are in a good place then the next day you can be in the bad place too. Comment on others just like you want yourself to be commented”

If you ask a person who is currently facing problems you will find different categories of people. Each coping with them differently. There is no magical portion to get you through your problems but gratitude. The realisation of the fact that this universe also has an algorithm. Nothing lasts forever. For some it’s a bad news but for some it’s a good one. The bad cannot stay for long, it has to change, because this world is about evolving. Evolution of time and circumstances. You’d be laughing one day on someone’s misery and in good time you can be the laughing stock. Do fear the changing times. For those going through hard times, it’s going to change and I’m saying this with surety.

You just have to have gratitude and believe in it. One thought has a lot of power. This sounds so unrealistic but if I put it this way, the root cause of your worry started with your one thought of misery. If we reverse it that one thought also has the capability of bringing happiness. The unrealistic and delusional ideas of life is what is causing more pain than required. Acceptance of time and circumstances and realisation that if something bad can happen a lot of good can also happen.

Just because you currently feel happy doesn’t mean that you see a person unhappy and laugh on them. Asking them to fix their routine or just not feel sad. That’s absurd! What you can actually do is give them hope and gratitude. Teach them how to celebrate life.

How will a person celebrate life who wants nothing from it? Look around the sun came out showing its glory, the purple evening sky had its own magic, the beautiful night sky had stars shinning as bright and as beautiful as fairy dust.

If even this doesn’t give one hope everything inside you is stardust. From the creation of this universe to your creation it’s nothing but magic. That magic is within you and no problem in this world or no person in this world can make you feel otherwise as long as you don’t wish.
